Terms & Conditions

The terms that apply to using this website and engaging Raw Branding Ltd for services. Last updated: 28 September 2026.

Using this website

You may browse this site and use the enquiry form for its intended purpose — finding out about our services and getting in touch. You must not misuse the site: no scraping, no attempting to gain unauthorised access, and no using the site in a way that could damage, disable or overburden it.

We aim to keep this site accurate and available, but we don’t guarantee it will always be error-free, uninterrupted or perfectly up to date, and we may change or remove content at any time.

You may view and print pages for your own personal reference, but you may not reproduce, republish or redistribute any of it without our written permission.

This site may link to third-party websites for your convenience. We don’t control those sites and aren’t responsible for their content, availability or privacy practices — check their own terms before using them.

Working with us

These general terms cover the website itself. Where you engage us for marketing, web or other services, the specific scope, fees, timelines and deliverables for that work will be set out in a separate proposal, quote or agreement, which takes precedence over this page for anything it specifically covers. In the absence of a separate signed agreement, the following general terms apply:

Payment — our standard deposit terms depend on the project value: projects under £1,000 are payable in full before work starts; projects between £1,000 and £3,000 require 50% upfront, with the balance due on completion; projects over £3,000 can be paid in agreed instalments across the project, subject to a minimum 25% deposit upfront. Exact payment milestones for your project will be set out in your proposal or agreement. We reserve the right to pause work on overdue accounts.

Cancellation — either party may cancel an ongoing engagement by giving 14 days’ written notice. Work carried out and costs reasonably incurred up to the cancellation date remain payable.

Refunds — because our services are bespoke and time is committed as work progresses, fees for work already carried out are non-refundable. Deposits paid for work not yet started are refundable in full; deposits for work already in progress are refundable less the value of work completed to date.

Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that can’t legally be limited or excluded. Subject to that, we won’t be liable for any indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability arising from your use of this website is limited to a reasonable amount reflecting the circumstances.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and any disputes will be dealt with by the courts of England and Wales.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The “last updated” date at the top of this page will always reflect the current version. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
